Can we change tier later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. The change takes effect on your next billing cycle. Nothing is lost in the move.
What about migrating from another tool?
Pro / DD-ready includes an onboarding session that handles the migration. For Starter and Growth, we provide a written guide and email support.
